For luxury brands, K-drama serves as a powerful niche marketing platform, while traditional dress (hanbok) is pivotal to nation branding.<\/p>\n<p>Dress historian Dr. <strong>Minjee Kim<\/strong> will offer fresh insights into Korean period costume as a visual and narrative language closely aligned with the development of plot and storyline. She earned her PhD from Seoul National University and is the co-editor of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomsbury.com\/us\/dress-history-of-korea-9781350143371\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>Dress History of Korea: Critical Perspectives on Primary Sources<\/em><\/a> (Bloomsbury, 2023).
